Its been a few days, I missed you all...my last few posts were picture posts, so we haven't had a chance to chat much...how have you all been?
I'm doing well...but...if I wasn't, today's events definitely would have snapped me back...
I met Lisa Price today at her Carol's Daughter store in Roosevelt Field Shopping Mall. The event was amazing! There were so many people, it was so live! Music blasting, people singing, chatting, networking, having a blast. When I had a chance to speak with Ms. Price, I was amazed at how sweet and down to earth she is. We discussed my hair, my daughter's hair and we had a mommy moment talking about our daughters' personalities.
After speaking to Ms. Price, I had the opportunity to have my hair done by one of her stylists. She used the Carol's Daughter Macadamia line to flat twist my hair and make the back curlier than usual. It was amazing how fast she did a style that would have taken me all night to do.
Overall it was an amazing experience. It was nice to see Ms. Price dancing in the middle of floor with her 5 year old daughter to a Chaka Kahn song, truly a down to earth person and just as real as can be...as promised...here are a few pics...
