fashion week rapidly approaches us, Lily B. has been keeping her eyes on NYC's bravest
females. With such cold weather, obviously it would make sense to wrap up warmly. But, NYC's most fashionable women did not let the
inclement weather hamper their style. With such harsh cold in our lovely city, NYC fashionistas have geared towards practical colors, however, true NYC fashion
queens did not shy away from color. It’s surely not the time for bright colors. But
for most, the clothing mood is very sombre. I believe it’s fair to say black is
the color of the season!
