Hey Chicas!! I thought I'd drop in to tell you all about my new journey...I've been attempting to lose weight for some time now and I find that I'll lose a little and turn around and gain a lot and I'm pretty much over it. So gone are the fad diets and the starve yourself detoxing, I'm going to do this old school. Through shifts in my diet and EXERCISE (blah, blah, blah) I am going to reshape my body into the me I know I can be.
Today I saw a pancake recipe I just had to try. With just one banana and 2 eggs, I had a breakfast fit for a queen...and it was only 240 calories!
I put the banana and eggs in my one serving blender for about 20-30 seconds and I instantly had a smooth pancake batter. Next, I sprayed a little non stick spray in my pan and poured the batter in as I would ordinary pancake batter. Each side cooks for about a minute...and in 2 minutes you have the perfect pancake!! The batter makes about 4 small pancakes, however I was full after just 2. You can garnish your pancakes with berries or drizzle a tiny bit of maple syrup on top, yummm...
